We make each other better by working together to achieve our mission of celebrating, educating, enriching, and promoting the Lowcountry’s diverse culinary + hospitality community through world-class experiences.

Custom Partnerships

At Charleston Wine + Food, we enter partnerships that are rooted in collaborative + meaningful relationships. Custom Partnerships are the premier way to bring your brand to life throughout various CHSWF platforms, including our annual festival. With many ways to be involved, our partnerships are far from a one-size-fits-all model.

Exhibitors

During festival week, CHSWF Exhibitors have the opportunity to participate in multiple events, providing our attendees with the opportunity to discover + engage with local + regional brands. At Culinary Village, the festival’s largest sampling experience, dedicated Exhibitor booths are activated for three days (March 6 – 8, 2026). Beverage, food, and artisanal brands showcase, sample, and in some cases sell their products to attendees. Beverage exhibitors may also apply to showcase and sample their products at Signature Events (March 4 – 8, 2026).

Trade Partnerships

Do you have a product you would like to integrate, a service you would like to contribute, or a venue you would like to donate? Our Trade Partnerships are integral to the success of what we do as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and are a great way to get your brand involved in a meaningful and tangible way. With 88 cents of every dollar spent going directly towards our mission and a coveted Four Star Charity Navigator rating, we couldn’t do the work we do without these in-kind contributions.

Media Partnerships

Charleston Wine + Food is unique in that we work with a variety of media publications on a local, regional, national, and international scale. With over 90 events and experiences, our Media Partners take pride in aligning themselves with those that enhance the stories they share with their readers. Through in-kind media trade, we work with each publication to curate a partnership package that is mutually beneficial and brings their brand to life in a unique + experiential way.

Accommodations Partnerships

With incredible Media, Chef, Beverage, and Industry talent joining us in Charleston from all over the globe for festival week, our Accommodations Partners treat these individuals to Charleston’s finest hospitality. These in-kind contributions allow us to show off our city, and your property, to our guests.
